PV Aluminum Mid Clamp

Energet Solar manufactures PV Aluminum Mid Clamps for fixing adjacent framed solar modules in rooftop and ground-mounted photovoltaic mounting systems. Manufactured from 6005-T5 aluminum alloy through extrusion and CNC machining, the clamp provides accurate positioning, stable clamping force and long-term corrosion resistance. It is compatible with different module frame heights and mounting rail systems, and supports custom dimensions, surface finishes and packaging requirements for utility-scale, commercial and residential PV projects.

PV Aluminum Mid Clamp is installed between two adjacent framed solar modules to secure the panels onto mounting rails. Together with stainless steel bolts and T-slot nuts, it forms the central fixing point of the photovoltaic mounting system, helping maintain panel spacing and structural stability under wind, snow and thermal expansion loads.

The clamp is manufactured from 6005-T5 aluminum alloy by extrusion forming and CNC precision machining. After machining, all contact edges are deburred to minimize scratches on module frames during installation. The anodized surface improves corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor exposure.

Standard models are available for common module frame heights, while customized clamp height, slot dimensions, bolt configuration and anodized finish can be produced according to project drawings. OEM logo marking and customized packaging are also available for distributors and EPC contractors.

Packaging and Shipping
